Bring A Friend To Church Sunday Next Sunday, May 18, bring a friend, family member, neighbor to church and share with them what God is doing in this place We have so much to share so..let’s pack the pews! The Sanctuary All are respectfully asked to observe silence in the sanctuary between 9:40 and the start of service so that the choir and other participants can prepare for the service, and those desiring silent meditation and prayer can do so in quiet reflection. The Prelude to the service is recorded for background music to the web page for the service, so special care is required to observe silence to imrpove the quality of the recording as a positive reflection of the Church to the outside community Choir All are welcome. No formal training required or expected. Join us in this wonderful way of serving God and the Church. Choir rehearsals are held on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. For more information please talk to our Interim Music Director, Bridget Evers (314-890-0432) Keys to the Church : Entry locks are being re-keyed. Plans are to have all locks opened by one master key. The coded lock at the front door will also be changed. If you require a master key or access to the new code, please advise Joan Rath, secretary, or Rev. John Musgrave.
Outreach Opportunities in Nicaragua
There are two opportunities for you to help minister to the children in Nicaragua that are served by the mission trip you have heard about from John Musgrave. Aluminum Can Recycling Please save four aluminum beverage cans in a plastic bag, and place them in the container marked “Cans” in the parish hall, or give them directly to Bobbee Ross who will take them to the recycling center. Not only will this keep the earth “green”, but our church can earn money by cashing in aluminum cans for recycling. Your participation is appreciated. Calender Notes
